Building 1
Merchandise Mart, has home decor, area rugs holiday and floral, gardens, and holiday collectibles. Building 1 offers fully carpeted 96,000 square foot exhibit halls for a total of 192,000 gross square feet of exhibit space. 13 meeting rooms.
The first floor encompasses over 21,000 gross square feet that adapt to large or small meetings, seminars and conferences. Walk to your hotel without ever leaving the building.
The 1,100 room Westin Peachtree Plaza is connected to AmericasMart 1 via a luxury concourse and houses 39 meeting rooms totaling 55,000 square feet of space.
